Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the item is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

PRINT ONLY ORDERS
If you have ordered print only items that arrive with damage to the packaging that in turn damages the product inside, please contact us as soon as possible – within a maximum of 7 days of the delivery date. If the damage to the packaging is visible on receipt of the order from the courier, please sign for the order as “Damaged”.

FRAMED ORDERS
If you have ordered frames and the items arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible – within a maximum of 7 days of the delivery date. If the damage to the packaging is visible on receipt of the order from the courier, please sign for the order as “Damaged”.

Please keep all packaging, receipt or proof of purchase, paperworks and the item/s together and repackage. The item should be in the same condition that you received it. Once we have been notified we will arrange a convenient time for our couriers to recollect the damaged order from you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Norberto Tongoy Photos will not be able to issue refunds for damaged goods that are not reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item/s, please keep all packaging, receipt or proof of purchase, paperworks and the item/s together and repackage. The item/s should be in the same condition that you received it. Send us an email and send your item/s to: 63 Cowper Street, Campsie, NSW, 2194, AUSTRALIA.

Once we have received the item/s back in resalable condition, we will exchange it for the same item/s and send it your desired delivery address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item/s to reach you, may vary.

30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to withdraw from the purchase of an item, you can do so within thirty days (30) of the day after receipt of the order.

PRINT ONLY ORDERS
If you have received a print only order that you no longer require, please contact us FIRST and have it returned within thirty days (30) of the day after receipt of the order. Please return the item with all packaging to 63 Cowper Street, Campsie, NSW, 2194, AUSTRALIA. 

FRAMED ORDERS
If you have received an order for frames that you no longer require, please contact us FIRST and have it returned within thirty days (30) of the day after receipt of the order. Please keep all packaging, receipt or proof of purchase, paperwork and the product together and repackage. Once we have been notified we will arrange a convenient time for our couriers to recollect the order from you. To qualify for the refund the product/s must arrive back with us in resalable condition – frames must still be bubbled wrapped.

Once we have received the item/s back in resalable condition we will issue a full refund less delivery charges. A $50 AUD handling charge to cover onward and recollection delivery charges will be taken off the refund amount.

SHIPPING
We will arrange a convenient time for our couriers to recollect the damaged order from you. Once we receive the order back from the courier, we will send out the replacement order or if required issue a full refund.
